Editorial Policy
How our content is researched, written, and corrected.
Research process
Articles and comparisons are written by reviewing each provider's official website, published documentation, and publicly available pricing pages. We do not copy or closely paraphrase text from competing comparison websites; all descriptions and evaluations on this site are written independently.
How comparisons are created
Each comparison page follows the criteria described in our methodology. We aim to present balanced descriptions of each tool rather than declaring a single universal winner, since the right choice depends on the reader's own needs.
Affiliate relationships and editorial independence
Advertisers and affiliate partners cannot pay for favourable editorial treatment, higher placement, or a better comparison result. Where a link on this site is an affiliate link, it is disclosed on the same page, separately from the editorial description of the product.
Independence from institutions
This site is not operated by, and does not claim to represent, any government agency, university, college, or school board. Where we mention that a tool is used in Canadian educational settings, that is a descriptive statement, not an institutional endorsement by this site.
Corrections
If a factual error is identified — outdated pricing, an incorrect feature description, or a change in Canadian availability — we update the relevant page and, for significant changes, note the update date at the top of the page. Report a suspected error using the contact page.
Content updates
Educational software changes often. We periodically review comparison and tool pages, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current at the moment you read it. Always confirm pricing, features, and availability directly with the provider before signing up.
